So what is an Anglican ... Monotheist

Monotheists can be classified as either non-Christians, such as Jews, Muslims, and Jehovah's Witnesses, or as Christians, people who believe in the Holy Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit -- One God in three Persons.


Note that that's three Persons, not three functions.
In other words, a pseudo-trinitarian formula such as "creator, redeemer, and sanctifier" refers to Modes, and does not qualify as Christian.
